Pelican Therapy Partners is a therapy a multifocal therapy group located in north east Florida. We provide Occupational therapy and Speech therapy services. We believe that fostering the growth of all within our community is the key to success. This is why we chose to combine our expertise in both adults and pediatrics as well as speech therapy and occupational therapy to address the multifaceted needs of our community so that we can best serve YOU! Christy Miller


Christy is the owner and founder of Pelican Therapy Partners. She is an occupational therapist has been working in pediatrics since she graduated school in 2017. She received her master’s degree in Occupational therapy from The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. She values meeting kiddos where they are, capitalizing on their strengths, and helping them achieve their goals through fun and creative activities. She is board certified and licensed in the state of Florida. She also has special training in picky/disordered feeding, early intervention, reflex integration, therapeutic listening, vision therapy, aquatic therapy, animal assisted therapy and orthopedics. When she is not at work, Christy enjoys playing with her dog Zella, playing volleyball, painting, and spending time with her husband Graham.

Kaylee Baer


Kaylee is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.  She received her master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from the Brooks Rehabilitation College of Healthcare Sciences from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Auburn University. She is excited about being a part of the interdisciplinary team at Pelican Therapy Partners and making a difference in the lives of children and their families. Kaylee has gained clinical experiences with pediatric populations in outpatient and school rehabilitative settings.  When she is not at work, she enjoys working out, yoga, music, and going to the beach.



Christian Thornton


Christian is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, receiving his master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Jacksonville University and his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University. Christian relishes in empowering both children and adults in overcoming communication difficulties in order to better thrive in the world around them. Christian garnered experience working with pediatric-age clients in the schools, outpatient clinics, and private setting. While not working, he enjoys being outdoors, running on the beach, and spending time with friends and family.



Connie Miller

Office Billing Administrator

Connie comes to us with an array of knowledge and experience! Her career started out in the legal field in Scotland prior to her coming to the USA in 1994. She then had the opportunity to pursue medical billing and attended Coastal College of Georgia for Medical Office Administration. She is excited about being part of the team at Pelican Therapy Partners, she looks forward to applying her knowledge and experience to help grow our clinic. Connie has a 5 yr old fur baby named Rosie, 3 grown sons, 3 daughters-in-love and a beautiful baby grandson. She is an avid quilter and loves to travel, especially if she can take her fur baby with her.


Lexi Myers


Lexi is a licensed Physical Therapist. She received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2021, as well as her bachelors in health sciences in 2018. Lexi has been working with children with special needs since 2012 through summer camps and various child care positions. Through these experiences, Lexi was introduced to her passion working as an outpatient pediatric physical therapist to help children reach their full potential in functional mobility. Lexi enjoys helping children gain the mobility skills needed to promote independence in their environment and encourage age appropriate play with peers and family. In her free time, Lexi enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, reading, and playing with her dog. 

Emily Woolf

Emily is a licensed and board certified occupational therapist. She received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degree from The University of St Augustine for Health Sciences. Emily aims to make a difference in the lives of others by providing meaningful and engaging occupational therapy treatment. She enjoys implementing creative and novel interventions to make each session unique for her patients. When she is not at work, Emily enjoys spending time with her grandmother and doing arts and crafts.

Kendall Lutz

Kendall is a licensed and certified occupational therapy assistant. She received her degree from Daytona State College in 2021. Ever since a little girl, Kendall has always had a passion for making a difference in children’s lives. Kendall has gained clinical experiences in pediatrics in both outpatient and in schools, as well as various child care positions. Kendall enjoys planning fun therapy activities to help children be successful in their everyday activities. When Kendall is not at work she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends. 



Therapy Dog

Zella is a golden-doodle from Athens, Georgia.  She graduated from an AKC Canine Good Citizen Dog training program and has undergone specific service training in allergen detection to sniff out peanuts for her mom. She enjoys greeting children at  therapy, celebrating successes, and comforting kiddos during challenging tasks. When she isn’t working, Zella enjoys naps, treats, giving her humans kisses and playing with socks.
